JOB DESCRIPTIONS - You Never Knew How Much You Needed Them!
Presenter: Kathleen Tollison
Date: August 22, 2018

Need a good, solid job description for every position in your hospital? Come on over! Also...job descriptions are more than just a basic list of duties and standards. I'll show you how to use them in other places besides your employee manual.

**Pre-Meeting Homework**: Look at your clinics job description for YOUR position. Do a side-by-side comparison and see if you
a) do everything on that list
b) do some things on that list
c) do everything and so much more
OR  d) your clinic doesn't have a description for your job which is why you're here and that's totally ok!
