This will be a workshop to help everyone create a handbook from scratch as well as re-vamping your existing employee handbook. Bring your current handbook, your outline, your plan, and any materials you may find helpful and can share with the group.

Phase Training Workshop

This meeting will be a hands-on workshop where attendees are encouraged to bring current training programs as well as their laptops for the editing or creation of those programs. The instructor will lead attendees through the evaluation of a few examples of phase training programs and then use the remainder of the time to facilitate the creation process. The goal of the workshop is for all attendees to walk away with either completed or thoroughly started training programs for immediate implementation within their hospital.
